Jointly we develop new products and determine market strategy. We give high priority to meet customer demands and watch to not over distribute and thus avoid erosion of importer's margins. In addition to our main manufacturers, we connect to a selection of specialty producers chosen for their quality level, the MDF sizes they can produce, the raw material they use, the time of shipment and economic viability. The size 1220x2440mm, at any thickness, is the most prominent in this market, but we cater for many special sizes and are particularly strong in 1220X2440MM. Shipments will be in containers or break bulk depending on quantity. Particularly for large volume break bulk shipments we are uniquely established through long relationships with prominent charter lines.
Melamine : Melamine lamination is the most popular lamination for furniture and interior decorations. We can offer the latest European designs on high quality MDF, as well as more economical options. The selection of colors surpasses 300. In many situations we purchase the paper directly from the paper suppliers, giving us a direct relationship, learning the latest trends in designs and widening our choices. 
Veneer : Quarter cut or Crown cut, we can provide a choice of finishing veneers on MDF panels. We maintain relations with the veneering companies as well, bringing parties together to achieve the optimum result for the customer. 
High Gloss : The lastest popular lamination technique for modern kitchen and office designs. The high gloss effects are fashionable and enjoy growing interest.
MDF MR (Moisture Resistant) is a highly moisture resistant Medium Density Fibreboard, suitable for use in areas of high humidity, or where accidental wetting may occur.
APPLICATIONS: Medium Density Fibreboard or MDF (Standard) is recommended for interior applications which may include: kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, laundry cupboards, shelving, wall lining (if installed wth a suitable feature joining system) and mouldings.
NOTE: MDF (MR) is not designed for exterior applications.
BENDING PROPERTIES: MDF (Standard) can be bent to produce curves for furniture, doorways and/other applications to a minimum radius of 50 times the panel thickness.
MDF FR are non-load-bearing boards with improved fire retardant properties and are manufactured in compliance with European standard EN 622-5 where they are defined as boards for general use in dry conditions. MDF FR are increasingly used particularly in public spaces where stringent fire regulations must be met.
